The Willamette Light Brigade puts on this fun and free, creative annual outdoor event. It's a series of pop up installations throughout Portland with lights, multimedia, performances and more. With the focus on lights this festival with brighten our winter nights. There will be over 100 art installations at locations including Pioneer Square, The World Trade Center and the Electric Blocks at SE 2nd and Clay. The event is February 4th - 12th.

Bloco will bring the joyous rhythms of samba to the event. Come dance with us! All outdoors!
